How can I contact the firm?

You can message the team on WhatsApp at +65 8338 4849, call +65 6535 1376 or email enquiries@leeshergill.com. The office is at 111 North Bridge Road, #07-07 Peninsula Plaza, Singapore 179098.

What happens at an initial discussion?

The firm’s published approach describes meeting clients personally to discuss their circumstances, the prospects of a matter, the process and possible outcomes. Contact the team to arrange a discussion and confirm the terms.

What information should I prepare?

Start with a short account of what happened, the important dates and any relevant documents or correspondence. For an injury enquiry, existing accident documentation and medical records may help. The team can explain which documents are needed for your particular matter.

How are legal fees handled?

Fee arrangements depend on the scope and circumstances of the case. The firm’s website describes costs sometimes being deferred until the end of a matter and some costs being recovered from defendants or insurers. Ask the team for an explanation and written agreement of the arrangement that applies to you.

Will my case have to go to court?

The appropriate approach depends on the matter. The firm’s reported cases include negotiated and mediated settlements as well as court proceedings. Ask the team to explain the options for your circumstances.

How much compensation could I receive?

A reported award in someone else’s case does not establish what another claimant will receive. The facts, evidence, liability and losses differ. The team must review your circumstances before discussing a possible assessment.

Does the firm work with Grab?

Yes. The firm’s published partnership page states that it has worked with Grab since 2017 as one of its panel law firms. Its work includes motor insurance, fleet-related matters and accident claims for drivers.

Does the firm assist with matters beyond injury claims?
